Jamie Richardson

Father and daughter, Jamie Richardson and Rebecca Richardson, oversee each project and have been working together for over two decades on bespoke construction projects.  

Jamie is a trained Architectural Technologist and experienced Builder of over 40 years. Rebecca is a qualified Architect with over 20 years of experience working with self-builders and on design and build projects. Both have individually been involved with Certified Passive House projects, commercial and residential sector projects, community schemes and public sector works such as school classrooms. 

They work with a trusted network of experienced craftsmen and suppliers, many of whom they have collaborated with for over twenty years. This long-standing working relationship ensures consistency in approach and a synergy of ideas between everyone involved on each construction. Each project begins afresh by assembling a team to match the skills required to realise each unique home.
