Part-construction package (up to first fix) for a replacement dwelling near Oswestry, Shropshire.
We completed a part-build package for our self-build clients, which included:

• Demolition of the existing house, crushing aggregate for recycling on site and waste management.

• Site preparation and groundworks

• Principal Contractor role under CDM regulations

• Fully engineered design, manufacture and supply of a 140mm timber frame wall and roof superstructure ready wood-fibre and rockwool insulation.

• Installation of high-performance nordic timber and aluminium composite windows and door, bespoke sills, and bespoke integral solar shutter blind system.

• Supply and installation of heat-treated spruce cladding ‘thermory’.

• Roof coverings, roof lights and solar panels installation. Powder-coated steel gutters and downpipes, and fascias and barge.

• Biodisc treatment plant and drainage installation.

• Completion of foundations, and supply and erection of a steel-framed structure for the carport

• Liaison and organising building inspector and warranty provider inspections
