Part-construction package (up to first fix) for an extension near Llanfyllin, Mid Wales.
We completed a part-build package for our self-build clients, which included:

• Initial project management support for whole project budgeting and programming

• Site preparation and groundworks

• Fully engineered design, manufacture and supply twin-wall 300mm deep timber frame and 300mm deep metal web joist roof structure, with Medite Vent breathable external board and 11mm OSB airtight internal board.

• Windows, MVHR and heat-treated spruce cladding

• Septic tank and drainage replacement

• Liaison and organising building inspector and warranty provider inspections
